About DaGaMa

Trade shows, captured.

Named for the explorer who opened the trade routes — built for the people who still walk them.

Vasco da Gama (1460–1524) sailed the first sea route from Europe to India. He didn’t invent trade. He made the existing trade legible: charts, logs, distances, prices.

DaGaMa does the same on the show floor. Card scanners exist. Supplier directories exist. Notebooks exist. We make the show legible: every contact, every product, every voice note, every follow-up — structured in a sheet shared with you, by the time the show ends.

The problem

Trade shows have a “Monday morning” problem.

Four days of meetings, a stack of cards, twenty voice notes, a roll of receipts — and a CRM that won’t be touched for two weeks. By the time follow-ups start, the conversation is cold and half the context is gone. DaGaMa kills that gap. Every interaction is captured the instant it happens, structured in your own Google Sheet, ready to follow up before the show ends.

01

Admin hangover

Hours of manual entry after every show — cards, expenses, supplier lists, voice notes. DaGaMa removes that entire job.

02

Follow-up friction

Cold leads warm up only when you write back fast. Gaspar drafts the email the same hour you met them, in your voice.

03

Data trapped in apps

Most tools lock your contacts behind their subscription. DaGaMa writes everything to a Google Sheet shared with you. Download it any time and keep it.

IFA Berlin — where it started

Built by someone who worked the floor

Twenty years of show floors came before the first line of code.

DaGaMa's founder spent two decades exhibiting and sourcing — IFA Berlin, the Hong Kong Electronics Fair, supplying products into major US retail chains. The stack of business cards that never got typed up, the supplier price that blurred by day three, the follow-up that went out two weeks too late — every tool here exists because we lost real money to these problems first.

That's also why the promise is conservative: your data lands in a Google Sheet you own, whether or not you ever pay us. It's what we would have wanted standing at booth B-214 with forty cards in a jacket pocket.

What we believe

Zero install

Telegram on the floor, WhatsApp en route, WeChat for Asia trips, web at the hotel. The product runs on the chat platforms users already have. Nothing to install; an Android app is optional.

Works at any show

No partnership required with HKTDC, Canton Fair, or any organizer. Show metadata is captured at signup. We can enter shows competitors can’t.

Voice notes are the moat

A buyer at a noisy booth can’t type. They press-hold and dictate. DaGaMa Intelligence transcribes, extracts price / MOQ / tone, and tags follow-up actions in one call.

Your data, in your hands

The user’s Google Sheet is the system of record. We hold operational state. Cancel and the sheet stays shared with you, to download any time.

Open data model

Cards, suppliers, expenses, follow-ups — all written to a Sheet and folder shared with you, or an Excel export. Open formats. No lock-in. The day you leave, you take everything with you.

Pay for workflow, not access

Subscription buys the automation, not the data. Pause, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Your archive is yours — readable in Sheets, Excel, or any tool that opens a .xlsx.

Who it’s for

Built for the people who actually walk the show.

Exhibitors

You’re standing at a booth for four days collecting cards, scanning badges, and trying to remember which buyer was serious. BoothBot captures every lead in seconds and Gaspar drafts the follow-up that same evening.

Sourcing buyers

You’re walking 12 km a day, taking 80 photos and 30 voice notes, trying to remember which supplier quoted what MOQ. SourceBot transcribes every conversation and structures the catalog into one searchable sheet.

Ops & operators

You’re tracking budget, expenses, and team locations across three cities. ExpenseBot eats receipts via photo and Gaspar warms every mailbox so your team’s outbound actually lands in inbox.

The toolkit

One account. Four bots. One ledger.

Every DaGaMa bot writes to the same ledger — your own Google Sheet and Drive folder. Switch roles at any show without losing a row of context.

Open data, by design

Your data persists forever. The subscription is for the workflow.

Most SaaS keeps your data hostage — stop paying and you lose access. DaGaMa is built the opposite way. Every lead, supplier, product, and receipt is written to a Google Sheet shared with you with edit access, which you can download any time. Cancel today: the spreadsheet is still shared with you tomorrow, fully readable. We hold the automation; you hold the record.

  • Live Google Sheet shared with you, which you can share with your team.
  • Drive folder with every receipt, card, voice note, transcript.
  • One-click Excel export from the dashboard — no Google account required.
  • Cancel any time — your archive stays with you.

Questions teams ask

Is DaGaMa an app I need to install?

No. DaGaMa runs inside Telegram, WhatsApp, and WeChat — the chat platforms your team already uses — plus a web dashboard. Nothing to install: it runs in the chat apps you already use. An Android app is optional.

Do you have a partnership with the trade show organizer?

No partnership is required. DaGaMa works at every show — Canton Fair, HKTDC, Hannover Messe, IFA, Gulfood, MWC, or a small regional fair. You enter the show name at signup; we handle the rest.

Where does my data live?

Your data lives in a Google Sheet and folder that DaGaMa creates and shares with you with edit access. You can also export to Excel anytime from the dashboard. If you cancel, the sheet stays shared with you.

Which languages does DaGaMa understand?

Eleven, natively: English, Mandarin (中文), German, Arabic, Hebrew, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, and Russian. Voice notes and business cards are kept in the language they were written or spoken in. Pull your leads into any CRM through our API, or download the sheet.

How fast can my team start?

About 60 seconds. Sign up with email, link Telegram / WhatsApp / WeChat, scan your first card. There is no onboarding call, no demo gate, and no credit card required for the first 24 hours.

Who is DaGaMa for?

Trade-show exhibitors (BoothBot), sourcing buyers (SourceBot), and the operators who keep them moving — finance, logistics, sales ops. Solo founders use it.

Does it work offline on the show floor?

Yes. Telegram, WhatsApp and WeChat hold your photos until you are back online, and our Android app keeps its own offline queue. Reading the card needs a connection.

What is Gaspar?

Gaspar is our email follow-up engine. It drafts personalized outreach in your voice, sends from your Gmail or Outlook, warms your mailbox so it lands in inbox, and tracks replies. It runs at gaspar.hidagama.com on the same DaGaMa account.

Pick a path. Start free.

Exhibitor or buyer — both run on the same DaGaMa account. No credit card. 24-hour head start. Cancel any time, keep your data forever.
