Two paths

For exhibitors

Send every follow-up before you leave New York.

Three days at the Javits Center means a booth full of brands and buyers leaving cards. BoothBot turns each one into a clean row in your Google Sheet — and drafts a personalized email per contact, so the brand that reviewed your samples hears from you that night, not after the post-show pile builds up.

For buyers and sourcers

Comparing factories, fabrics and finished apparel across the floor? Voice-note each option — SourceBot files the manufacturer, the product, the MOQ and your notes into a sorted sheet you keep forever. No more matching loose swatches to forgotten booths on the flight home.

About the show

Apparel Sourcing NYC Summer 2026 — The Sourcing Marketplace for Finished Apparel & Manufacturing

Apparel Sourcing NYC Summer 2026 is the East Coast's leading trade show dedicated exclusively to finished apparel and garment sourcing, taking place July 29–31, 2026 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City. Organized by Messe Frankfurt in a joint venture with CCPIT-Tex, the show runs alongside Texworld NYC as part of New York's premier textile and apparel sourcing event.

More than 400 international exhibitors present finished apparel, contract manufacturing and private-label development capabilities, with ready-to-wear collections for men, women, children and accessories. The exhibition connects global garment manufacturers and suppliers with U.S. buyers, sourcing managers and brands looking for certified, eco-friendly materials and reliable production partners.

As the only East Coast sourcing show focused exclusively on finished apparel, contract manufacturing and private label, it is a key destination for brands building or diversifying their supply chains. With more than 400 international exhibitors and thousands of buyers sourcing across three days at the Javits Center, following up on every connection before the show ends is the difference between a good show and a wasted one.

Budget reality check

What exhibiting at Apparel Sourcing NYC Summer 2026 typically costs.
