How it works

Three steps. A few days.

1

Sign up before the show

One field. Google Sheet ready before you ride the subway to Javits.

2

Capture across both days

Photograph + voice-note. Two-day show + 600 booths means dense captures — DaGaMa handles the post-show sort automatically.

3

Specify next week

Your sorted library is in your Google Sheet by Monday morning, ready for client review meetings.

The Open Data Model

Your data is yours, forever.

Everything you capture at BDNY 2026 stays in your Google Sheet, shared with you, whether you pay or not. Payment keeps the capture and follow-up engine running beyond opening day. It does not gate access to data you already built.

Plan your visit

Opening hours

Two days only — Sunday and Monday, 10:00–17:00 both days.

Registration & entry

Early-bird trade fair pass about $105 (rises to $305 at the door); full conference pass $255 early / $530 standard; one-day conference $205 early. Student and educator passes from $30 with credentials. Early-bird rates expire 31 August. Only conference passes reach the CEU-accredited sessions.

Who gets in

No children under 16 on the show floor at any time, including move-in and move-out. Note that permitting an exhibitor to scan your badge shares your full contact details with them.

Exhibitor freight deadlines

Freeman is the official show decorator; exhibitor services, badge registration and the service manual all run through the Exhibitor Hub. The Best of BDNY product design competition closes for entries around 21 October.

Finding your way

Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, 429 11th Ave, New York. Trade fair plus a CEU-accredited conference programme, with the Platinum Circle and Gold Key galas bracketing the show.

Budget reality check

What exhibiting at BDNY 2026 typically costs.

Space only · small booth (9 m² / 10×10)

$3,000–5,000

Realistic all-in (build, freight, drayage, travel)

$10,000–19,000

Visitor badge

often free with early registration; $50–150 late or on-site

Space rental is only a quarter to a third of the true cost — budget 3–4× the space rate before deciding. These are industry-typical planning ranges for a show of this region and scale, not organizer quotes — confirm against the official exhibitor prospectus, and watch the advance-freight deadline: it quietly decides half the logistics bill.

Questions

Common questions.

BDNY is only two days — is it worth the setup?

Yes. Two days × 600 boutique brands = 50+ captures for a serious designer. The 2-minute setup pays back inside hour one.

Can I share my library with my hotel-group procurement team?

Yes. Your Google Sheet is a standard Google Sheet — share with your team from the Share button. Everyone sees the same library, sorted by project + room type.

What about sustainability + WELL certification data?

Voice-note them. DaGaMa Intelligence extracts certifications (LEED, WELL, Cradle to Cradle, GREENGUARD, etc.) into a separate column.

How does it compare to manual photographing into Google Photos?

Google Photos doesn’t structure the data. DaGaMa transcribes your voice notes, resolves contacts, tags by booth/hall, and stores everything in a queryable spreadsheet — not a 500-photo pile to manually triage.
