Two paths

For exhibiting Chinese suppliers

Follow up in your buyer’s native language.

Western buyers visit your booth for 5 minutes and disappear into 25,000 other booths. Photograph the card, voice-note in Chinese or English. BoothBot drafts your follow-up in the buyer’s native language when you ask.

How it works

Three steps. A few days.

1

Sign up via WeChat

One field. WeChat is the primary channel for Canton Fair captures — alongside WhatsApp and Telegram for international buyers.

2

Capture across halls + days

Photograph cards, samples, packaging. Voice-note prices and lead times. Captures tag by hall + day so the post-show sort writes itself.

3

Negotiate by phase 2

Canton runs three 5-day phases. Use the gap between phases to negotiate test orders with the suppliers you actually want, rather than the ones whose cards happened to be on top of the stack.

The Open Data Model

Your data is yours, forever.

Everything you capture at Canton Fair 2026 stays in your Google Sheet, shared with you, whether you pay or not. Payment keeps the capture and follow-up engine running beyond opening day. It does not gate access to data you already built.

Budget reality check

What exhibiting at Canton Fair 2026 typically costs.

Space only · small booth (9 m² / 10×10)

$2,200–4,000

Realistic all-in (build, freight, drayage, travel)

$8,000–16,000

Visitor badge

often free trade registration; on-site queues are the real cost

Space rental is only a quarter to a third of the true cost — budget 3–4× the space rate before deciding. These are industry-typical planning ranges for a show of this region and scale, not organizer quotes — confirm against the official exhibitor prospectus, and watch the advance-freight deadline: it quietly decides half the logistics bill.

Questions

Common questions.

Does it handle Mandarin voice notes?

Yes. DaGaMa Intelligence transcribes Mandarin (Simplified) natively. Your captures stay in the original language; your follow-up emails draft in English (default) or whatever language matches your buyer.

How do I handle 26,000 exhibitors realistically?

You don’t. Focus on the 30-50 suppliers in your category and hall on day 1. DaGaMa captures every one cleanly so you can negotiate seriously instead of guessing from memory.

Can I import the sheet into Alibaba or 1688 sourcing later?

Yes. Your sourcing sheet is a standard Google Sheet you can export to CSV and import into Alibaba’s RFQ tool, 1688’s supplier directory, or your internal procurement system.

What about FOB pricing accuracy?

DaGaMa Intelligence extracts FOB pricing from voice notes as a separate column. You always have the raw voice note as audio backup if you need to re-verify what was said at the booth.
