Two paths

For exhibitors

Send every follow-up before you leave Las Vegas.

Five days across the World Market Center showrooms means a steady stream of retailers and designers leaving cards. BoothBot turns each one into a clean row in your Google Sheet — and drafts a personalized email per buyer, so the store owner who loved your collection hears from you that night, not after a week of catch-up.

For buyers and sourcers

Build your buy list on the show floor.

Working furniture, décor and gift across 4,000 brands? Voice-note each find — SourceBot files the showroom, the product, the wholesale price and your notes into a sorted sheet you keep forever. No more reconstructing which line was in which showroom after a five-day market.

About the show

Las Vegas Market Summer 2026 — The Most Comprehensive Furniture, Home Décor & Gift Market in the West

Las Vegas Market Summer 2026 is the most comprehensive furniture, home décor and gift trade show on the West Coast, taking place July 27–31, 2026 at World Market Center Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada. The market is the leading buying destination for retailers and designers sourcing across three complementary industries under one campus.

The event features 3,500-plus brands and resources across permanent showrooms and temporary exhibits, spanning furniture, home décor, gift, lifestyle and seasonal categories. Thousands of buyers, interior designers, independent retailers and merchandisers attend each summer, with free trade admission across five days of showroom and temporary-exhibit appointments.

Its combination of the largest selection of permanent showrooms on the West Coast with extensive temporary exhibits makes Las Vegas Market a one-stop sourcing event for the home and gift trade. With 3,500-plus brands and thousands of buyers moving across showrooms and temporaries over five days, following up on every connection before the show ends is the difference between a good show and a wasted one.

How it works

Three steps. A few days.

1

Sign up by email

One email address gets you in. No app store, no credit card — start capturing in under a minute from the showroom floor.

2

Capture on the floor

Scan a badge or voice-note a product. Each contact and item lands in a sorted Google Sheet that stays shared with you.

3

Follow up that night

BoothBot drafts a personalized email for every lead. Review, send, and clear your stack before the next market day opens.

The Open Data Model

Your data is yours, forever.

Everything you capture at Las Vegas Market Summer 2026 stays in your Google Sheet, shared with you, whether you pay or not. Payment keeps the capture and follow-up engine running beyond opening day. It does not gate access to data you already built.

Plan your visit

Registration & entry

Free for qualified buyers and media; up to two guests at $50 each, non-exhibiting manufacturers and suppliers $50. Pre-register and upload trade credentials — approval can take up to a week. Badge pick-up is the Scan & Go QR code in the ANDMORE Markets App plus photo ID.

Who gets in

Trade-only: home furnishings, gift and design professionals (retailers, buyers, interior designers, architects, specifiers, purchasing companies). Badges worn at all times, no children under 12, no strollers; service animals welcome.

Visa & travel documents

The organiser issues a visa invitation letter for international buyers to present to their US embassy — it does not guarantee a visa, so file early.

Finding your way

One downtown campus: four interconnected buildings at World Market Center, mixing permanent showrooms with temporary exhibits. Free Wi-Fi, dining in every building plus the courtyard, wheelchair and scooter rentals, complimentary hotel shuttles.

Budget reality check

What exhibiting at Las Vegas Market Summer 2026 typically costs.

Space only · small booth (9 m² / 10×10)

$3,000–5,000

Realistic all-in (build, freight, drayage, travel)

$10,000–19,000

Visitor badge

often free with early registration; $50–150 late or on-site

Space rental is only a quarter to a third of the true cost — budget 3–4× the space rate before deciding. These are industry-typical planning ranges for a show of this region and scale, not organizer quotes — confirm against the official exhibitor prospectus, and watch the advance-freight deadline: it quietly decides half the logistics bill.

Questions

Common questions.

Does the data stay mine after the free day?

Yes. Everything you capture lands in a Google Sheet shared with you and stays shared with you, whether you pay or not. Paying simply keeps capture running past the free opening day.

Can SourceBot track wholesale pricing and SKUs?

Yes. Voice-note the wholesale price, the minimum, the ship date — SourceBot files it all against the showroom in a sorted sheet, so your buy list is ready before you leave the World Market Center.

Do I need to download an app in Las Vegas?

No. DaGaMa runs over chat and the web. Sign up with your email and you can capture buyers from the showroom floor in under a minute.

What does the follow-up email look like?

A short, personalized draft referencing the exact line they viewed — from your notes, in English, ready to review and send the same night from your Las Vegas hotel.
