First-timer's guide · Jul 27–31, 2026 · World Market Center Las Vegas

Working Las Vegas Market Summer 2026 for the first time.

4,000 exhibitors, 50,000 attendees, and a rhythm you only learn by working it. Here's what matters — for the booth side and the buying side — plus the Las Vegas, NV logistics nobody puts in the brochure.

If you're exhibiting

New exhibitor tips

01

Showroom or temporaries — two different shows

Las Vegas Market mixes permanent showrooms with temporary exhibits across one campus of four interconnected buildings. Where you sit decides your traffic pattern: showroom floors get scheduled appointments, temporaries get walk-by discovery. Price and staff for the one you actually booked.

02

Show specials are the expected language

Buyers here are trained to ask what the Market special is — showrooms openly run free-freight and volume-discount offers. Come with one you can honour, or the conversation stalls at the price list.

03

Your buyer is pre-qualified — treat them that way

Entry is restricted to home furnishings, gift and design trade professionals, and every badge went through credential checks. The person in your showroom is a retailer, designer or purchasing company by definition — skip the qualifying small talk and get to lines, terms and delivery windows.

04

The app is where buyers plan — be findable in it

Buyers build a Market Plan in the ANDMORE app before they arrive and walk the campus from it with turn-by-turn directions. If your listing and product photos are stale, you are invisible to the visit lists that matter most.

05

Capture before they leave the showroom

The app hands every buyer a scan-and-notes workflow; most exhibitors still rely on a fishbowl of cards. Photograph the badge or card and voice-note the conversation on the spot — the buyer's own recap arrives within a month, and your follow-up should land first.

New visitor tips

01

Pre-register and upload credentials early

Registration is free for buyers but approval can take up to a week once your trade credentials are in. Sort it before you book flights — on-site qualification with missing paperwork is the slowest line at Market.

02

Activate the app before you land

Your Scan & Go QR code in the ANDMORE Markets App plus photo ID is express badge pick-up. Activate the account with your registration email at home, not on the registration-desk wifi.

03

Build the Market Plan first, wander second

Four buildings and 3,500+ brands do not get browsed. Filter the exhibitor directory by category and price point, save the showrooms, and let the app route you — then leave half a day for the temporaries where the new lines surface.

04

Know the guest rules before you bring anyone

Two guests maximum at $50 each, no children under 12, no strollers. Badges are worn at all times.

05

Use the block, the shuttle, and the free meals

Book hotels through the official block for the campus shuttle routes, and plan around the complimentary breakfast and coffee — the buildings each have dining, and the courtyard fills at noon.

06

International? Ask for the invitation letter

The organiser issues visa invitation letters for international buyers. It does not guarantee a visa — file with your US embassy early.

How the days flow

  • —Opening days: appointment-heavy in the showrooms; the serious order-writing starts immediately, not after browsing.
  • —Mid-Market: temporaries reward unhurried walking — this is where new brands and one-off lines get discovered.
  • —Final day: quieter aisles and packing showrooms; good for second looks, reorder talk, and end-of-Market specials.

Las Vegas, NV logistics

Getting there

World Market Center is downtown, not on the Strip. Taxis, Uber and Lyft run from Harry Reid International; on-site parking exists and complimentary shuttles connect official hotels to campus.

Hotels

The official hotel block gets the discounted rates and sits on the shuttle routes. Summer Market means Vegas in late July — plan indoor transfers and never leave samples in a car.

On campus

Free Wi-Fi throughout, business centres, ATMs, wheelchair and scooter rentals, and dining in every building plus the courtyard. The four buildings interconnect — cross indoors, not around the block in the heat.

The tip every guide agrees on

Capture at the booth. Never "the stack for later."
