About the show

MAGIC Las Vegas August 2026 — Fashion Sourcing & Wholesale Market

MAGIC Las Vegas is one of the largest fashion sourcing and wholesale trade shows in North America, held at the Las Vegas Convention Center from August 10–12, 2026. Organized by Fashion by Informa (Informa Markets), the August edition runs three co-located shows under one roof: MAGIC Las Vegas (contemporary women’s, men’s and children’s apparel, footwear and accessories), PROJECT at MAGIC (elevated premium contemporary brands), and SOURCING at MAGIC (apparel manufacturing, private label, fabrics and trims).

More than 2,000 brands from 45+ countries exhibit across the campus. The buyers who walk it are retail decision-makers — boutique owners, department-store merchandisers, e-commerce buyers and production and sourcing professionals — most of them traveling in from out of state to build their next season in three days.

That compression is exactly where the show floor turns into an admin hangover. A brand’s booth collects dozens of cards and scribbled line-sheet notes, but tying each buyer back to the styles, sizes and wholesale terms they actually asked about is nearly impossible by the time everyone flies home. The exhibitor who follows up first — with the exact assortment discussed — wins the order.

The Open Data Model

Your data is yours, forever.

Everything you capture at MAGIC Las Vegas 2026 stays in your Google Sheet, shared with you, whether you pay or not. Payment keeps the capture and follow-up engine running beyond opening day. It does not gate access to data you already built.

Budget reality check

What exhibiting at MAGIC Las Vegas 2026 typically costs.

Space only · small booth (9 m² / 10×10)

$3,000–5,000

Realistic all-in (build, freight, drayage, travel)

$10,000–19,000

Visitor badge

often free with early registration; $50–150 late or on-site

Space rental is only a quarter to a third of the true cost — budget 3–4× the space rate before deciding. These are industry-typical planning ranges for a show of this region and scale, not organizer quotes — confirm against the official exhibitor prospectus, and watch the advance-freight deadline: it quietly decides half the logistics bill.

Questions

Common questions.

Do I need a booth to use DaGaMa at MAGIC?

No. BoothBot is for brands exhibiting at a stand. SourceBot is for buyers and sourcing teams walking MAGIC, PROJECT and SOURCING. Both work the same way: capture, voice-note, and your Google Sheet builds itself.

How does the free first day work?

Sign up with your email. The first 24 hours after your first capture are free. Every buyer and voice note flows into a Google Sheet shared with you. Payment continues the capture beyond day one.

What happens to my data after the show?

It stays yours. Everything you captured at MAGIC remains in your Google Sheet and dashboard, whether you pay or not. Most platforms lock the data behind a renewal. We don’t.

Will the follow-up emails sound like me?

Yes. You add one line of context per buyer. DaGaMa Intelligence drafts the follow-up from your notes, ready to send from your Gmail or Outlook. Nothing leaves your inbox without your approval.
