How do you get business cards into Excel?

  1. 01

Photograph each card at the stand

In WhatsApp, Telegram or WeChat. Each card becomes a row in your show's Google Sheet.

  2. 02

    Open the sheet

It is shared with you in Google Drive, one sheet per show.

  3. 03

    Download as Excel

In Google Sheets choose File, Download, Microsoft Excel (.xlsx). The file opens in Excel with every column.

  4. 04

    Or take a CSV

In WeChat, send 'export' and DaGaMa replies with a CSV download link, valid for one hour: Name, Title, Company, Email, Phone, Website, LinkedIn, Country, Address, Show, Notes and Captured.

Why not scan straight into Excel?

A shared online sheet fills up while you are still at the show, so you can start following up the same day. Excel is one download away when you need it for a CRM import or a report.
