Business cards after a show day

How do business cards get into Google Sheets?

You photograph the card in WhatsApp, Telegram or WeChat. DaGaMa reads it and adds a row to a Google Sheet created for that show, in a folder shared with you with edit access. The card photo goes into the same folder and shows in the sheet.

Which columns does the sheet have?

Column groupColumns
ContactContact Name, Title, Company, Email, Phone, WeChat, Country, Website, LinkedIn, Address
ContextTimestamp, Show / Event, Notes (your voice notes and organiser answers)
Follow-upEmail Sent, Email Sent At, Email Subject, Email Status
CardCard Photo, Card Image, Last Updated

Buyers get a supplier sheet instead: products, prices, MOQs and lead times, with photos.

Can you edit and share the sheet?

Yes. You have edit access, so you can sort, filter and add your own columns, or download a copy as Excel or CSV to pass on. It stays shared with you after your pass ends.
