When is Beautyworld Dubai 2027?

The organiser has not published the 2027 dates as of October 2026. The 30th edition runs from 6 to 8 October 2026, and the 2025 edition ran from 27 to 29 October 2025, so the show is held each autumn over three days.

In 2026 the show is open from 10:00 to 18:00 on all three days. Check the official website for the 2027 dates and venue before you book travel.

Where is Beautyworld Dubai held and how do you get there?

Beautyworld Dubai 2026 is at Dubai World Trade Centre, in the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. The World Trade Centre station on the Dubai Metro is right in front of the exhibition centre, which the organiser calls the most preferred way to arrive.

Dubai Metro trains run every few minutes from 5 am to 11 pm and you pay with a Nol card, which you can buy at any station. Taxis are metered and easy to find, and Dubai's bus network also serves the venue.

If you drive, the venue has direct access from Sheikh Zayed Road. DWTC lists six paid car parks and two free car parks, with 7,530 spaces in total.

The organiser has not confirmed the 2027 venue yet. Check the official site before you plan your route.

How much are Beautyworld Dubai tickets and how do you register?

A visitor pass costs USD 75 for the 2026 edition, and the show is open to trade visitors only. Nobody under 18 may enter the exhibition halls. The 2027 price has not been published yet; in 2025 trade registration was free with online sign-up.

The pass covers all three days: the exhibition halls, the conferences, live demonstrations and the business matchmaking programme.

   Use the Get your ticket link on the official website and complete the visitor form. The organiser says online registration is mandatory, and its FAQ adds that you can also register onsite during the show.

   Pay the visitor fee

   USD 75 per person in 2026. Badges are personal and cannot be transferred.

   Keep the confirmation email

   It contains the QR code for your badge. Check spam if it does not arrive. You cannot edit your registration yourself; email beautyworld@uae.messefrankfurt.com to change details.

   Print your badge at the venue

   Scan the QR code at a self-service kiosk on arrival to print your badge before entering the halls. The badge is also available in the Beautyworld Dubai app.

What is on at Beautyworld Dubai?

The show covers the whole beauty supply chain, from ingredients and packaging to finished products. In 2025 the organiser reported more than 2,500 exhibitors from 68 countries across 22 halls, and more than 85,000 visitors from 178 countries.

In 2026 finished fragrance brands have their own hall in Za'abeel Hall 7. The halls in the 2026 exhibitor search are Halls 1 to 8, Concourse C1 and C2, Sheikh Saeed Halls S1 to S3, Sheikh Maktoum Hall, Sheikh Rashid Hall and Za'abeel Halls Z1 to Z7. The 2027 hall plan is not published yet.

Alongside the stands there are stages and features such as the Next in Beauty and Next in Fragrance conferences, beautyLIVE, The Makeup Studio, Natural Notes, Signature Scent and the Beautyworld Dubai Awards.

Where is the Beautyworld Dubai exhibitor list and floor plan?

The official exhibitor list is the exhibitor search on the Beautyworld Dubai website, and the floor plan is in the official Beautyworld Dubai app. There is no official PDF to download; the organiser publishes the list online and in the app.

The exhibitor search lets you filter by product group (for example Finished Fragrance, Supply Chain and Services or Beauty Tech), by country or region, by hall, and by new exhibitors or trade fair innovations. Each entry shows the hall and stand number, and you can save companies to a watch list.

Exhibitors upload their details about eight weeks before the show, which is when the list for a new edition goes live. The app adds an interactive floor plan, product search, meeting scheduling and AI matchmaking.

Messe Frankfurt Middle East says it does not sell attendee or exhibitor lists. Emails offering a Beautyworld attendee database are not from the organiser.

Where should you stay for Beautyworld Dubai?

Stay on the Dubai World Trade Centre campus or anywhere with easy Dubai Metro access to World Trade Centre station. DWTC says five hotels and serviced apartments sit on or next to its campus, within walking distance of the halls.

For 2026 the organiser partnered with HotelMap for hotel bookings. It also warns that Messe Frankfurt Middle East does not work with any other hotel or travel agencies, so book through official hotel websites or trusted platforms and ignore unsolicited offers.

The Dubai Mall area is a short metro or taxi ride from the venue, according to the organiser.

Tips for visitors and buyers

• Register before you travel and keep the QR code email on your phone to print your badge quickly.
• Remember the 18-plus rule: under-18s are not admitted to the exhibition halls.
• Use the exhibitor search filters by product group and hall to plan your route; the show spread over 22 halls in 2025.
• Set up your profile in the official app so its matchmaking can suggest exhibitors and book meetings in advance.
• Check visa rules on the official UAE government website; the organiser does not arrange visas.
• Take business cards and note what each supplier quoted while you are still at the stand.

Tips for exhibitors

• Book through the organiser's stand enquiry form. Raw space started at USD 620 per square metre for 2026; 2027 prices are not published yet.
• Submit your exhibitor and product details about eight weeks before the show, when the exhibitor list goes live.
• In 2026 build-up ran from 3 to 5 October, exhibitor passes were collected at the helpdesk at the Hall 4 entrance, and exhibitors could enter from 07:00 on show days.
• Activate Teams in the exhibitor app to manage inbound leads and meetings across colleagues.
• Promote your stand with the free marketing toolbox, and ignore third parties offering visitor lists; the organiser does not sell them.
• Plan your follow-up before the show, so every lead gets an email within days.

How do you get from Dubai airport to Beautyworld Dubai?

For the 2026 venue, Dubai World Trade Centre, take the Dubai Metro Red Line: both DXB terminals, 1 and 3, have their own metro stations, and World Trade Centre station is right in front of the exhibition centre. Buy a nol card at the airport terminal or any metro station.

The Red Line runs from 05:00 to midnight Monday to Thursday and Saturday, to 01:00 on Friday, and from 08:00 on Sunday, according to the Dubai government portal. DWTC also lists taxis and Careem or Uber, and the organiser does not list a show shuttle bus.

The 2027 venue has not been confirmed by the organiser, so check the official site before you book a hotel near the venue.
