Working Cosmoprof North America 2026 for the first time.

1,500 exhibitors, 40,000 attendees, and a rhythm you only learn by working it. Here's what matters — for the booth side and the buying side — plus the Las Vegas, NV logistics nobody puts in the brochure.

If you're exhibiting

New exhibitor tips

01

Move-in is scheduled by booth size — check your window

On-site registration opens for large booths (60sqm+) first, then all exhibitors over the following days. Confirm which window applies to your stand before booking staff flights — arriving with the wrong window wastes a Vegas hotel night.

02

This is where retailers and distributors scout brands

The 2025 Las Vegas edition drew over 26,000 visits across retailers, distributors, investors and press against roughly 1,000 exhibiting brands. The ratio favours you — but only if the booth is set up to qualify fast and capture every conversation, because the scouts see hundreds of brands in three days.

03

The network is bigger than the show

Cosmoprof runs Bologna, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Bangkok and now Miami. Distributors met in Las Vegas frequently evaluate for multiple territories — ask which markets a distributor covers before assuming this is a US-only conversation.

04

Wednesday ends at 3 PM

The final day closes three hours earlier than the first two. Schedule teardown labour accordingly and get your last appointments in before lunch.

New visitor tips

01

Badge pick-up is on-site only

Your confirmation email carries a QR code, but badges print only at the venue — there is no print-at-home. Registration desks open from 8 AM; arrive before the 10 AM floor opening or you queue twice.

02

New day pattern: Monday to Wednesday

The 2026 Las Vegas edition runs Monday–Wednesday (10–6, 10–6, 10–3), a change from previous years. Book travel around the new pattern, not last year's.

03

Budget Mandalay Bay parking

Convention-center parking runs about $20 per weekday. Rideshare has dedicated drop-off at the Porte Cochère and Convention Center entrance; taxis run 24 hours from the main entrance.

04

Book through the official block — carefully

Par Avion is the show's official travel agency; book online or by phone through the block. Treat any other agency claiming show rates as the scam it probably is.

05

Come with a category map

The show spans every beauty sector under one roof. Use the online directory and mobile app to shortlist by category before you land — three days is not enough to browse a thousand brands and still negotiate.

How the days flow

  • —Monday: opening surge — retailers and distributors do their serious scouting while energy is highest.
  • —Tuesday: appointment day; follow-ups from Monday's walk-bys and the deepest negotiations.
  • —Wednesday: short 10–3 close-out — final orders, second looks, and exhibitors ready to talk terms before teardown.

Las Vegas, NV logistics

Getting there

Mandalay Bay Convention Center, at the south end of the Strip. Rideshare drop-off at the Porte Cochère; parking garage off Las Vegas Boulevard or Russell Road.

Hours

Monday and Tuesday 10 AM–6 PM, Wednesday 10 AM–3 PM. On-site registration from 8 AM daily.

July in Vegas

Plan indoor routes and hydration — the walk from Strip hotels to Mandalay Bay in July heat is longer than it looks on the map.
